This is a productivity linked course, and it is designed in such a manner that with the completion of each module the trainee will get tools to enhance his team’s productivity and his own income.
Course Content

Each module is practical and gives you tools that can be used in the market. All tools are designed to increase your sales and your income. The course is designed to take you from one level of earning to another, earning sweet success every time a module is completed, and its tools are implemented in the field.
Faculty
Highly dedicated faculty with years of experience in life insurance sales, marketing and in training will conduct the course.
Eligibility
Currently working as Branch Managers, Development Officers, Unit Managers, Sales Team Managers, Agency Managers, Team Leaders, Business Associates, Chief Life Insurance Advisors and other Direct and Indirect Supervisors of life insurance agents / advisors/ financial consultants/direct marketing executives etc.
Course Conduct
There are three options for enrolment, -
1. Online video training through Zoom / Teams / Google
2. Online training through a dedicated Learning Management System (LMS)
3. Classroom training
Online video training will involve assignments which will have to be completed in order to continue in the course.
LMS
In the online course (visit www.iistonline.in for details) you will go through a dedicated LMS course that is time-bound and result-oriented. You will be required to recruit agents in order to be certified.
In the classroom course you will not be required to recruit agents, unless the classroom course is conducted in the town where you work.
Duration
Classroom training will be conducted for 6 days in the classroom
Online video training 3 hours per day for two days a week for 4 weeks
Online LMS training is a classroom-cum-online module and will be conducted for 5 days (including 2 days classroom) and 25 days of field work for recruitment of agents.
Evaluation
Evaluation shall take place on the extent of skill absorption in the classroom, on the extent of its application on the field, 100 % attendance in the classroom, meeting the production norms of the course and the completion of all assignments. The conditions for certification include demonstrated daily working habits as prescribed, achieving business targets and maintaining the prescribed records.

Certification
On successful completion of the Course IIST will issue a certificate of merit.
Your Responsibilities
IIST guarantees the effectiveness of the program and teaching content on the condition that you will implement all that is taught in the Program. It is your responsibility to implement the training inputs of the Program
Locations
The classroom Course can be conducted at any location within India subject to a minimum of 30 confirmed participants. For online video training, location may be in any town. No minimum number of participants for online video training.
For online LMS training the locations will be Hyderabad, Pune, Vadodara, Bhubaneswar, Jaipur and Agra
Fee
A.
For classroom and online video training the fee will be Rs. 12,000 per person (non-residential) (plus GST 18 %) for the course. Boarding and lodging of the participants will be extra. Trainers’ (for 2 trainers), travel, boarding and lodging will be extra.
B.
For online LMS training the fee will be Rs.10,000 per person, plus GST 18 %. The classroom content will be delivered only in Hyderabad, Pune, Vadodara, Bhubaneswar, Jaipur and Agra. For any other city the cost of the classroom venue, boarding, lodging and travel of faculty will be extra.
