Changing times require new knowledge. FLISP is a simple, but conceptually strong course in finance that helps the salesperson in any level in the sales hierarchy to learn the fundamentals of finance that today’s market conditions demand.

The Course will teach you how to sell traditional life insurance products in a market where customers are increasingly becoming more knowledgeable about financial matters. At the same time the Course teaches you how to sell ULIPs, especially to higher net worth individuals.
Faculty
Highly dedicated faculty with years of experience in life insurance sales, marketing and in training will conduct the course.
Eligibility
Any salesperson or marketing executive in the life insurance sector
Course Conduct
There are two options for enrolment -
1. Online video training through Zoom/ Teams/ Google
2. Classroom training
Online video training will involve assignments which will have to be completed in order to continue in the course.
Duration
In the classroom 5 days. Online video training 2 hours on each alternate day for 15 days.
Evaluation
Evaluation will be through an oral and written test at the end of the training program. Scoring a minimum of 50 % marks and maintaining a 100 % attendance is necessary to be certified.
Certification
On successful completion of the Course IIST will issue a certificate of merit.
Your Responsibilities
100 % attendance whether online or classroom. IIST guarantees the effectiveness of the program and teaching content on the condition that you will implement all that is taught in the Program. It is your responsibility to implement the suggestions made in the Program.
Locations
: The classroom Course can be conducted at any location within India subject to a minimum of 30 confirmed participants. For online video training, location may be in any town. No minimum number of participants for online video training
Fee
For classroom coaching - Rs. 10,000 per person (non-residential) (plus GST) for the course. Online video coaching fee will be Rs. 7,500 per person (non-residential) (plus GST). The fee does not include participant lodging, breakfast, dinner and other snacks. It also does not include trainers’ outstation travel, boarding and lodging. In addition to the fee the organizers will be required to pay for the cost of travel, boarding and lodging of the trainers as extra for classroom coaching.
