Over 650 ABM(s) of LIC were trained in a 6-day coaching program by IIST in batches of 30 each, during 2014 in a record time of 3 months. Many ABMs contacted IIST post-training to inform the progress they were making in implementing training for their field force on prospecting, objection handling, product selling skills and so on. Many ABMs also implemented the Saturday School concept of training their field force for 4 hours every week.
